About Raph Morin

I began my career as a graphic designer, working both with in-house teams and freelancing for companies across the US. I love teaching skills and helping designers grow as much as I love the design process itself, and as a result I pivoted to Art Director where I could continue to do both. From there I learned a great deal about brand building, campaign concepts, and the art of the critique.

 

I then grew into the role of Creative Director, where I was able to assume control of much of the creative process as well as help designers, copywriters, videographers, photographers, and artists contribute positively to the work. I am most successful when I’ve created an environment of honest engagement and accessibility, where my teams can feel confident that their contributions and opinions are met with empathy and meaningful feedback.
